The following cats  required unexpected emergency veterinary care.  The bills are high and the caregivers are requesting donations to help them pay for the care their homeless cats needed.   

MISS PEEPERS NEEDS YOUR HELP

9/12/08 One of the 150 rescues cared for by the Peres Family was accidentally run over by their neighbor's car.  The cat was rushed to the emergency clinic on Friday evening around midnight.  The surgeon there recommended amputation on Saturday but the estimate was too much.  Mr. & Ms. Peres opted to take the cat to their own vet on Monday.  The bill for the Emergency Clinic as $2750.00.  Since Monday their vet Dr. Cole has been treating the leg and waiting to see what is going to happen before deciding on the fate of little Miss Peepers leg.  So far they have spent another $200.00 at Dr. Coles.  If you can help them please consider making a donation of any amount as this bill is substantial and would be difficult for most people to afford.  Thanks in advance for your help!
